More than just bullets in the resume

I'm Hadas - a product enthusiast and a lifelong learner.

I build products at the intersection of technology, data, and human behavior. From AI-powered agricultural platforms to large-scale insurance acquisition systems, I've spent my career translating complex problems into intuitive solutions. Today, I believe great product management starts with deeply understanding customers, uncovering the right problems to solve, and turning those insights into products that create real value.

Core strengths

What I bring to the table

Curiosity

I believe the best product decisions start with questions, not answers. Whether interviewing farmers, advertisers, or insurance carriers, I've learned that meaningful insights are often uncovered long before a roadmap is written.

Translating Complexity Into Clarity

I've spent years working with complex systems—from computer vision models and AI-driven recommendations to marketing attribution and insurance acquisition platforms. My role is often to bridge the gap between technical complexity and human understanding.

Data With Purpose

Data is only valuable when it helps people make better decisions. I've worked with large-scale datasets, predictive models, recommendation engines, and performance marketing systems, always focusing on turning signals into action.

Customer Empathy

Great products are built with users, not for users. I enjoy spending time with customers, understanding their challenges, and translating their needs into solutions that create measurable value.

Continuous Growth

Every new industry I've entered has required learning an entirely new language, business model, and user mindset. I thrive in environments where curiosity, adaptability, and growth are part of the culture.

02 - Deep tech & industry

From AdTech veteran to AgTech builder

At Taranis, we built products powered by computer vision and AI to help farmers and agricultural retailers make better decisions. The challenge wasn't the technology—it was adoption. Our users weren't necessarily tech-savvy. To create value, we needed to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes. My role involved translating advanced AI capabilities into practical, intuitive experiences that users could trust and integrate into their daily work. One of the products I led transformed operational efficiency and improved a critical arrival-time KPI from 25% to 86%.

03 - Global perspective

Scaling teams from San Francisco to New York

Before transitioning into product management, I spent six transformative years living and working in San Francisco and New York. This experience did more than broaden my horizons; it shaped my leadership style. Joining an early-stage startup as the first Ad Operations hire, I didn't just manage processes - I scaled them. I built a cohesive team of operations and customer success professionals from the ground up. My greatest strength is people; cultivating strong, collaborative relationships is the key to any successful product.

05 - Beyond the resume

When I'm not building products, I'm exploring.

You'll likely find me dancing, hiking, or lost in a book. I'm a firm believer that great stories inform great work.
